The Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) periodically posts Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to engage with consultants on specific projects.
Are you building something worth sharing?
We’re looking for health center leaders who are willing to showcase an innovative project, program, workflow, partnership, or improvement that is changing the way your organization delivers care or supports patients.
Your innovation doesn’t have to be finished.
In fact, we’re especially interested in projects that are still evolving. Participants often learn just as much from challenges, pivots, and lessons learned as they do from polished success stories.
Presenter Expectations
Innovation hosts will:
- Share their story in a conversational 5–7 minute overview
- Facilitate discussion with colleagues during three small-group rounds
- Receive ideas, feedback, and connections from peers
- Join the Exchange as participants during the final rotation to learn from other innovators
A one-page Innovation Snapshot or simple visual is encouraged. No PowerPoint required.
