Access to Clinical Training
  Identify clinic champions to provide mentorship
Engage AETCs to schedule clinical training programs and provide ongoing STI/HIV updates
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate access to training materials and track progress
Encourage a culture of continuous learning by recognizing and rewarding staff engaged in trainings
Stigma/SOGI Training
  Provide interactive trainings led by experienced facilitators to address stigma & promote inclusivity
Incorporate real-life case studies to facilitate understanding and empathy among participants
Offer ongoing support and resources to reinforce learning i.e. online modules and peer support
Develop & Disseminate Standing Order Procedures
  Develop and disseminate written guidelines for standing order processes
Train staff in new standing ordering procedures and reference materials
Change electronic health record systems to collect data for intervention
  Establish a multidisciplinary implementation team to develop protocols for patient care procedure
Gather input from frontline staff and stakeholders during protocol development
Create guidelines for staff at all levels to support implementation
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
  Engage IT specialists to ensure seamless setup and configuration of the EHR system
Provide comprehensive training sessions for staff on how to use the EHR system effectively
Identify a champion to support access to online learning modules
Establish a helpdesk or support team to address technical issues and provide ongoing assistance
Marketing Materials
  Develop and disseminate culturally responsive marketing materials for key populations
Schedule regular dissemination of marketing materials through social media, community events, and local partner organizations
Track engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
On-call Provider for Consults (In-house or Telemedicine)
  Designate providers to be on-call for in-house consults and telemedicine during clinic hours
Implement a communication system to ensure staff can easily reach on-call providers
Develop protocols for documenting consults and follow-up actions
Lower Barriers to Scheduling
  Update scheduling protocols to accommodate Spanish-speaking patients, phone appointments, and walk-ins
Provide training for administrative staff on the new scheduling procedures
Communicate scheduling options with patients
PrEP Starter Bottles for On Hand Distribution
  Establish process for acquiring bottles of TDF/FTC to keep on hand for immediate distribution
Train staff on the process of distributing starter bottles and providing instructions to patients
Establish a system for tracking inventory and restocking starter bottles as needed
Access to PEP
  Define process to acquire PEP
