From Codes to Care: Increasing the Utilization of Advanced Patient Care Management (APCM) Codes
The Oregon Primary Care Association and the Oregon Network of Community Health Centers is excited to announce a three-part virtual webinar series to support FQHCs in understanding and using APCM codes G0556, G0557, and G0558 (not to be confused with the OPCA program) as a sustainable payment strategy for team-based chronic care coordination and management. This webinar is free.
Across three sessions, participants will move from foundational knowledge to applied implementation strategies and finally to real-world examples from colleagues who have begun integrating these codes into their workflows.
