National Health Center Week Day 6: Health Center Staff Appreciation Day
Everyone who is a part of the health center movement has a unique journey that led them to this path. This Health Center Staff Appreciation Day, we’d like to highlight one of these many amazing tales. Elaine Knobbs-Seasholtz is the Director of Strategy & Development at Mosaic Community Health which serves a patient base of 27,000+ individuals in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville.
Growing up, Elaine unknowingly got care at a community health center from the ages of 4-18. When she met the CEO of Mosaic, everything clicked into place and she saw the power of this national movement. Knowing how much community health centers helped her and her family, the transition into working to support the movement was seamless.
