2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month from October 26, 2023 – June 27, 2024. This twice-monthly community of practice will support primary care providers in offering gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) to their adult patients. This community of practice depends on peer-to-peer learning. Each meeting will include opportunities for general check-ins and case-based discussion on various topics. Participants are encouraged to submit cases in advance of each meeting.
This is a community of practice the AETC is hosting in collaboration with OHSU’s Transgender Health Program. We’d love to invite anyone who is prescribing gender-affirming hormone therapy join us as they’re able!
