We are thrilled to be hosting our Fall 2023 All Peer Group Gathering in Eugene, OR at The Graduate Hotel
The purpose for this event is the following:
• Broad, statewide quality improvement
• Networking, sharing, and learning on a grander scale
• Cross-functional pollination of ideas and initiatives
• Strengthened bonds between members opening the door for collaboration and synergy

Logistics
Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon coffee break will be provided, and therefore we are requiring a registration fee to cover catering costs.
Be sure to register by Monday September 11th, to reserve your spot.

Health Clinic Tour
We are excited to invite you to a Health Clinic Tour of the Community Health Centers of Lane County Charnelton Building on September 18th at 4:00 PM, in conjunction with our Fall All Peer Group Gathering the following day. This event will provide an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about Community Health Centers of Lane County; their history and highlights, as well as Health & Human Services Divisions that are collocated in the Charnelton Building.

APCM Forum
Following the PGG in Eugene, we hope that you will join us on September 20th for an APCM-member forum focused on the future of the program. The day will run from 9AM to 2PM at the Graduate Hotel, with breakfast and box lunches available as well. Facilitated small-group conversations will allow for deep discussion regarding APCM 2.0 as well as provide the opportunity to submit feedback about the current proposal. The last hour of the event will be reserved for lunch and networking. The event will be informative, fun, and best of all, free! We look forward to seeing you in Eugene in September. If you plan to attend, please note so on the registration form so that we can plan accordingly.

Safety
The OPCA membership has conveyed the value of getting together in-person; in addition to this priority, the health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. Therefore, we will require several things from attendees:
1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated
2. Do not attend if you are feeling unwell
