We spend time reviewing the quarterly UDS metric performance data that is shared with the collective and sharing any trends within the group. Top performers across different metrics will be asked to share where they attribute their success and how others may innovate in their service delivery. Please note, that this series is only open to OPCA Members who have signed a data sharing agreement, this series is not open to community partners.
