Join us for OPCA’s 2026 Annual Conference, The Art of Oregon’s Health Care Safety Net. This year’s gathering will explore innovative approaches to care that strengthen Oregon’s safety net and expand access for FQHC patients and communities. We’ll examine the “art and science” of safety-net care, weaving evidence-based practices with the creativity and innovation needed to meet evolving community needs.
The program will include plenary sessions, breakout discussions, and pre-conference workshops such as the APCM Forum and executive leadership training. The conference will also feature OPCA’s Annual Awards Ceremony, celebrating outstanding contributions to community health for FQHC staff.
