OPCA supports health centers in advancing high-quality, whole person care through a suite of targeted training, technical assistance, and peer convenings. Designed with the complex realities of safety-net clinical practice in mind, our offerings build clinical and operational capacity to meet emerging population health needs, reduce disparities, and improve patient outcomes across Oregon’s FQHCs.
This programming brings together clinical leaders, providers, quality improvement staff, and care teams through a variety of interactive formats, from hands-on training to facilitated learning collaboratives. Our work is informed by public health data, community and membership voice, and best practices, and is aligned with both HRSA expectations and the lived experience of health center patients and providers.
