OPCA convenes a variety of member groups designed to connect health center staff across roles, disciplines, and interests. These groups create opportunities for learning, leadership development, and collaboration while providing targeted support to meet the needs of Oregon’s FQHCs.
Leadership Groups
Our Leadership Groups are by application/invite only spaces for C-Suite and senior clinical leaders. These groups provide leadership training, role-specific support, and peer networking. Each group meets virtually on its own cadence, maintains an advisory group, and comes together annually for an in-person Leadership Gathering each fall.
- Executive Directors (CEO/ED)
- Chief Financial Officers (CFO)
- Chief Medical Officers (CMO)
- Chief Dental Officers (CDO) (or your senior Dental Leader)
- Chief of Nursing Officer (CNO) (or your senior Nurse Leader)
- Chief Behavorial Health Officer (CBO) (or your senior BH Leader)
- Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) (or your senior Pharmacy Leader)
- Chief Operations Officer (COO)
These groups are APPLICATION or INVITE ONLY. If you believe you should be included in a leadership group, please fill out the application form or contact Brooke Linn at blinn@orpca.org.

Synergy Groups
Synergy Groups bring together staff with similar roles or focus areas. These groups meet virtually and are open to non-leadership staff unless otherwise noted.
Current groups are:
- Community Health Worker Supervisors (CHW-S)
- Communications
- Emergency Preparedness
- Human Resources
- Poly-Substance Use Disorder (PSUD) Workgroup
- Quality Improvement Collective: A collaborative workgroup that shares data around metric management and population health. *Data sharing agreements are required for participation in this group

Connection Hub
The Connection Hub offers a light-touch option for engagement through listserv access and a centralized resource portal. It provides a space for peer sharing, communication, and access to tools and resources organized by topic.
