Financial Sustainability Manager (also posted as Healthcare Financial Support Project Manager)
OPCA seeks a skilled Financial Support Project Manager to research healthcare policies as well as federal and state financial compliance requirements and their impact on clinic financials. The Financial Support Project Manager will apply this knowledge in response to member questions and develop and implement technical assistance and trainings on health center financial sustainability to our members.
We are looking for an experienced healthcare finance professional who can project manage, and has experience in healthcare finance. Our ideal candidate has experience in clinic operations or billing and coding, has worked closely with CFOs, and is ready for that next level of their career. This position researches, synthesizes, and disseminates accurate information about the changing healthcare regulatory and payment environment, and how that information impacts health center financials and operations. This position will also bridge policy decisions to financial and operational implications for community health centers, so we are looking for the ability to think strategically and deliver technically. FQHC experience is a plus. This is a full time, 1.0 FTE, exempt position.

Operations & Finance Senior Director
Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) seeks an Operations and Finance Senior Director to lead, manage, maintain, and improve upon internal system functionalities including internal organizational development goals, human resources, compliance and risk management, budgeting and financial strategy, federal grant management, office-wide information technology (IT), and overall office management. This positions works closely with the Executive Director and the entire OPCA staff to create an effective and efficient organization with an organizational culture that is aligned with OPCA values. This is a full time 1.0 FTE exempt position.
We are searching for a highly qualified candidate, who can track competing priorities and work plans, and is committed to continuous improvement, thinking in terms of structure and process, and balancing between day-to-day minutiae and OPCA’s larger organizational goals.
