Due to our primary care expansion, Siskiyou Community Health Center has two full-time opportunities for Family Physicians located in Grants Pass, Oregon. That’s right; we are continuing to grow this once-grassroots clinic as we adapt to the needs of the communities we have served for the past 51 years! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in stunning Southern Oregon with a variety of service options for our over 19,000 patients. We are looking for physicians at any point in their career.

We offer primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, walk-in clinic, endocrinology, full life cycle care, lab, x-ray, and outreach services.

Where we are located?

Nestled in the beautiful Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon, Grants Pass is home to Siskiyou Community Health Center, with additional facilities in Medford and Cave Junction. The Cave Junction Clinic is located approximately 29 miles from Grants Pass and 69 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland, and Jacksonville comprise the commercial and tourist hub of Southern Oregon and California’s northernmost tip. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, endless opportunities to enjoy nature, and some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, Southern Oregon is a great place to call home. Our area is notorious for our white water rafting, hiking, vineyards, local fresh markets, and much more. Our local airport is in Medford, OR, approximately 30 minutes away, the Pacific Ocean is 1 to 2 hours away, and various snow resorts are 1 to 3 hours away, depending on where you would like to go adventure.

4, 10-hour weekly schedule; optional walk-in clinic hours if desired
Base Salary Range: $241,500.00 – 334,000.00
Productivity incentive (paid monthly)

Qualifications:

1.) Completion of an accredited medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy program is required.

2.) Board certification or eligibility in the specialty (internists/pediatricians, family practice, obstetrics/gynecology) is required. The Family Practice specialty is strongly preferred.

3.) You must be able to secure credentialing through identified agencies (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Note that we have in-house credentialing that assists you the entire way, including helping with an Oregon license.
