DESCRIPTION:This is a program of OPCA’s Quality Improvement Collective (QIC)\, a synergy group focused on improving the healthcare experience and health outcomes for Oregonians. \nJoin Quality Improvement colleagues from FQHCs across Oregon monthly to learn how we can achieve better patient health outcomes\, reduce costs\, work more efficiently\, and keep our workforce satisfied and engaged. This group is comprised of the human resources staff at our state’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. \nThese groups serve to provide:\nPractical Solutions: Collaborate on strategies you can bring back to your health center.\nProfessional Growth: Build skills and leadership capacity in your role.\nStronger Networks: Connect with peers across the state who share your challenges and goals.\nImpact: Ensure your perspective shapes OPCA’s statewide programs and advocacy. \nThis meeting is one in a series of four meetings we will hold space for in 2026. Meetings will be held in February\, May\, August\, and November.
