Our Compare & Share webinars will focus on reviewing the quarterly metric performance data that is shared with the collective. During this time, top performers for priority metrics will share where they attribute their success and how others may innovate in service delivery. Priority metrics include Diabetes in Control, Depression Screening, Colorectal Cancer Screening, Hypertension, Patients Screened for SDOH, and two patient satisfaction questions: Provider Rating, and Ability to Get Urgent Care When Needed.
