The OPCA Executive Committee (SPR planning body) has conveyed the value of getting together in-person for Strategic Planning, in addition to this priority, the health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. Therefore, we will require several things from attendees:
1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated
2. Do not attend if you are feeling unwell

- OPCA Board Members
- The Network Board Members
- CHC EDs
- Representatives from your CHC’s leadership team. If your CHC is sending someone other than the ED, please consider inviting your MD, CFO, COO, or dental director.
Attendance at the retreat is limited. Our main goal will be to set OPCA’s strategic direction for 2024—a task best accomplished in a group of moderate size. We hope to have one representative from each CHC attend and must ask that you limit attendance to no more than two people to allow for all CHCs to participate.
Additional attendees will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis, so encourage your interested staff member to register right away.
During registration, you will be asked for a second representative’s contact information, if you would like an additional representative from your organization to attend. Please know that, based on registration numbers, there may not be ability for your health center to have 2 representatives. You will be contacted by 10/16 if there is space for you to send an additional representative.
Detailed agenda to follow. To best utilize our time together, we have combined a few different events into these three days. We will be hosting an ED/CEO Peer Group Meeting and a Network Meeting on Monday prior to OPCA’s Strategic Planning Retreat on Tuesday and Wednesday am, and concluding with an OPCA Board meeting Wednesday at 1:00pm. When you fill out your registration, please choose which portions of the event(s) you are planning to attend. Please note that there is a $75 fee and separate ticket type for those attending the ED/CEO Peer Group Meeting.
