Employee Vaccine Access
If your clinical settings are unaffiliated with a larger hospital system but have more than 100 staff, you can click here to enroll with OHA as a COVID Vaccine Provider, and list your own staff as a population group that you will vaccinate. OHA won’t allocate to you if you have fewer than 100 people to vaccinate now. If you have already enrolled but did not list your own staff as a priority population that your entity will vaccinate, you can update your enrollment form. Questions can be sent to .
If your entity has fewer than 100 employees, check with your occupational health contractor if you have one. If not, reach out to your local hospital system(s) to ask how your employees might access their vaccine administration. More options may evolve (state/federal contract with retail pharmacy to serve health care workers, etc). We and OHA will try to keep you involved as options develop. Oregon COVID-19 general vaccine information for providers website.
Even if you are a smaller clinical entity, We encourage you to enroll with the Oregon Health Authority/CDC as a COVID vaccine provider for your patients, if you have not already done so. We will need to rely on multiple pathways to get all our community members vaccinated, and one of the most trusted for community members will be to receive vaccines from their regular health care provider.
