The All Executive Peer Network Gathering is a co-designed forum with peer input to capitalize on the collective experience and expertise of Oregon's FQHC leadership in order to take on and accomplish extraordinary work:
- Broad, statewide quality improvement
- Networking, sharing, and learning on a grander scale
- Cross-functional pollination of ideas and initiatives
- Strengthened bonds between members which opens the door for collaboration and synergy
OPCA convenes structured peer networking groups two or three times per year at rotating locations within Oregon to keep these conversations moving forward. Individual peer networks meet through the course of the day to share best practices, and discuss interesting, relevant issues to you and your peers.
The All Executive Peer Network Gathering is followed by OPCA's Day at the Capitol, which is intentionally held sequentially to provide you with the opportunity to attend both without additional travel time! We are excited to “flood” the Capitol with CHC leadership to engage legislators in dialogue about budget and legislative priorities. OPCA considers engagement in policy and legislative advocacy a key leadership skill ensuring FQHC vitality. Use this link to see more information for Day at the Capitol and register. Join us for both events as we dive deeply into the policy, legislative and advocacy agenda for 2019!APR PNG
