This call will be held via webinar on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 2:30pm–4:00pm. Objectives include:
- Hear an overview of what types of practices clinics are implementing to disparities in colorectal cancer screening rates across populations, as well as recommended strategies from OPCA.
- Learn and reflect on the experience of clinics participating in OHA and OPCA’s Colorectal Cancer Screening collaborative and use this knowledge to inform their own screening work.
- Learn about the different strategies Winding Waters used to improve their colorectal cancer screening practices. A small rural FQHC in Eastern Oregon, with a screening rate greater than 60%, Winding Waters is one of the top-performing FQHCs for this measure in the state of Oregon.
