The Oregon Primary Care Association is actively engaged in assuring that adequate and culturally appropriate health care services are provided to Oregonians.

The Recruitment and Retention program coordinates recruitment efforts with the Northwest Community Health Recruitment Collaborative, a consortium of the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association, the Alaska Primary Care Association, the Idaho Primary Care Association,the Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers, and the OPCA, to offer assistance to our health center members and to facilitate placement of primary care providers seeking to work with underserved populations throughout region. The Program also monitors retention trends and provides technical assistance on clinician recruitment and retention to member clinics.
