The Recruitment and Retention Program acts as an advocate for your clinic in identifying, matching and following up with candidates who are referred to you through the Northwest Community Health Recruitment Collaborative or who contact us directly.

We can help you:

• Create and post job openings
• Develop appropriate marketing materials
• Set up and train recruitment committees
• Train Board members
• Provide information about licensing in Oregon
